Summary:
There are several issues related to the login process in the 17LIVE OBS plugin.

Details:

The “Forgot password” link does not work — clicking it has no effect.

The “Login help” link is also non-functional.

User IDs that contain Japanese characters cannot be used to log in through the plugin, even though they work in the web browser version.

When login fails, there is no retry option — the entire window must be closed and reopened to try again, which is very inconvenient.

The OBS error count increases whenever a login attempt fails. If needed, I can provide the log files for analysis.

Additional notes:
The login issue may be related to how Japanese input is handled in the plugin’s internal browser implementation.
However, the increasing error count in OBS might indicate a problem in the plugin’s core structure or error handling loop.

Expected behavior:

“Forgot password” and “Login help” links should open the proper help or password reset pages.

Japanese (non-ASCII) user IDs should be correctly recognized.

The login window should allow retrying without closing and reopening.

Failed login attempts should not trigger excessive OBS error logs.
