How to connect via RDP

  • Open the Windows RDP "Remote Desktop Connection" on your PC. (Type RDP in Start.)
  • Enter the public IPv4 (or also IPv6 if supported) from the Cloud Management Suite in the "Computer" field.
  • Click connect.
  • Enter the user "Administrator" into the username.
  • Select the password from the Cloud Management Suite and enter it.
  • If you get a certificate-request, confirm it.

RDP / Administrator Access

You will find the default password in the Cloud Management Suite. If you change it in the Windows-Settings, is the default password no longer valid. Also, there is no restore possible.
