5ET-1144 Visual distinction between filter/search tags, roll/chance tags and content tags #1405

Description

@crawltracker

Information
Basically what it says on the tin: it would be nice to have a visual distinction between filter/search tags that take you to another page, roll/chance tags that summon dice roller, and content tags that summon a pop-up window with another entry when you hover over it. That way it can be more obvious at a glance which is which.

Who would use it?
anybody viewing entries on the website, as well as homebrew converters who are testing whether those tags are working or not.

How would it work?
Could be done by making those tags different colors, or showing a small pop-up that would say that it'll do

Why should this be added?
It will be easier to tell which is which at a glance, as well as tell if it's a working link tag or dysfunctional content tag.
