Thank you for your work! The (Android) app is better than the official app with a subscription. I have one question: how do I start subsequent days in a training cycle? I can successfully create routines & create a cycle, complete the first session of a cycle, the rest day seems appropriate the next day but on day 3 of my cycle (which is the 2nd session), I can't figure out how to "Start Workout". I've tried recreating the cycle, recreating the routine, deleting cache, deleting data and going to "today" while connected & not connected. As you can tell from everything I've tried, I really think it's a me problem.

Yes, the update resolved the issue. Sorry for taking so long to respond; I created a new routine and allowed the 3 day span to naturally replicate before confirming. Thank you! #bestdevever

I’m having a strange issue and I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong. I have Project Phoenix installed on both my iPhone and iPad, but for my workouts, I exclusively use my iPad.

The problem is that I’m not hearing any sounds when I do the workouts on my iPad. Even with my volume up at full blast, and even when I can test that the audio is on with other applications, PP is silent. When I try Test Sounds in the Settings, it is also silent.

But when I try Test Sounds on my iPhone, I hear chirps, beeps, and a very manly man calling out “Five!”

Is there some setting or something on my iPad that I need to switch to get sounds to work with PP?

Thank you for the great work on this! I really need those sounds, but I can’t wait to use it!

(Oh, BTW, side note: when I clicked on the Issues and Releases links in the post above, I was taken to a 404 page. I wasn’t sure if I should ask this on the Issue page…)

Is your DnD switch on? Ipads usually have a little switch that quiets things.

Thank you very much for getting back to me. :)

Unlike my iPhone, my iPad does not have a DND switch. (Do Not Disturb is handled on the software side through Focus—and it is currently off.)

That was a good thought, though, because I noticed that the noises were silenced on my iPhone when the switch was on, so I actually double-checked. But no physical switch for iPad.

Is there anything else I should check?

After looking more closely at the Control Center in the upper right of my iPad, I realized that outside of Focus there was a completely separate button that put the iPad into silent mode. Once I fixed that, I had sounds on my iPad just like on my iPhone so you were definitely right about what the issue was. For anybody who runs into something like this on their iPad, just be sure to look for that special control that puts the iPad into silent mode; turning that off will fix the issue.

Glad you were able to figure it out! I was racking my brain on that one trying to figure out what the heck I did to break tablet audio but not phone :-)

Firstly, thank you for your hard work! Started using the app regularly and haven't encountered any major issues. Quick question: where is the RPE actually logged? I might be missing it but i usually add it after i've completed an exercise and I'm trying to find it next day but can't seem to. Apologies if this is answered elsewhere!

@TommyEVK Glad to hear you're liking it so far! As for RPE, candidly, it is a value I added ages ago to facilitate a feature that didn't quite pan out at the time, so it has gone largely unutilized. That being said, if I recall correctly, going to the Analytics tab, clicking History, and then expanding a particular workout should display it.

I've had a look at that but only see the Total Reps, Total Volume, Mode, Set Weight, Peak Dynamic (kg), Avg Active (kg), Duration, Energy and Set Breakdown.

No worries if it's not a feature that you intend to implement fully - you've done a marvellous job already!
