[Bug]: Audio cues (reps, pr's) not taking precedence over music

Bug Description

Audio cues are no longer overriding music (ie Spotify)

Steps to Reproduce

-Play your favorite music
-go to app, ensure you have all audio cues turned on
-select any exercise, start with default set
-notice: no rep beep, only your sweet sweet tunes
-complete first set. anticipate the countdown reminder
-notice: no beeps.

Expected Behavior

audio from app to be heard over any music source

Used test audio function in App, got haptic feedback, no audio. Will test with actual routine in a bit

Only because I have no idea what I'm talking about: the silence was after I pointed out how the exercises in portal did not align with the app. Is there a portal setting that is "silencing" the cues?

Negative, refactoring broke something with the audio prioritization
