[Enhancement] Add CodeApex into OpenCompass

Hi, thanks for the great works.

Welcome to update the CodeApex into OpenCompass. We can update the leaderboard with CodeApex in the future once the the CodeApex is supported by the OpenCompass

We have already supported HumanEval/HumanEvalX and other coding related benchmarks.
We believe the OpenCompass is helpful for improving the usage of CodeApex in research community.
