Implement Clause 9 into the Standard

The current standard omits elements of Clause 9, the cybersecurity concept. Update the standard to include cybersecurity requirements, goals, claims, and concepts.

Once those have been added as part of the standard documentation, create a an example of clause 9 deliverables in this standard in the .json format

Implementing Clause 9 (Cybersecurity Concept) into RDX Standard

All Clause 9 (ISO/SAE 21434 Cybersecurity Concept) work products have been implemented.

• Gather context and understand the request
• Read existing schema, examples, and documentation
• Fix existing JSON syntax issue in schema (stray d character + orphaned $defs)
• Add Clause 9 schema objects to spec/json/rdx.schema.json:
  • cybersecurityGoals[] (WP-09-02) — high-level security objectives derived from risk assessment
  • cybersecurityClaims[] — assertions that security properties have been achieved
  • cybersecurityRequirements[] (WP-09-03) — concrete requirements derived from goals
  • cybersecurityConcept[] (WP-09-03) — architectural/design decisions to achieve goals
  • Add new relationship types: derived_from, addresses, satisfies, supports
• Update REQUIREMENTS.md with new requirement IDs (RDX-113 through RDX-130)
• Update methodology/ISO21434-Mapping.md with Clause 9 work product mappings
• Update methodology/Methodology.md with Clause 9 object model
• Create examples/rdx-clause9-cybersecurity-concept.json
• Update tools/validate.sh to include new example
• Commit and push changes

New example: examples/rdx-clause9-cybersecurity-concept.json — an OTA Update Manager ECU with 4 goals, 3 claims, 6 requirements, 3 concept entries, and 12 traceability relationships spanning the complete Clause 9 lifecycle from risk → goal → requirement → control → claim.

Schema fix: Corrected a pre-existing JSON syntax error (stray d character and orphaned $defs block outside the root object) that prevented $refs to Hash, ArchitectureComponent, and DataFlow definitions from resolving correctly.
