Add Statistics block to tray-bar popup

Issue Details

Currently, the application does not display any real-time statistics about blocked elements

Proposed solution

Add a Statistics Block to main popup window that opens via the tray-bar icon.
Functional requirements:

1. The block must contain two counters:

• Privacy - number of privacy-related elements blocked
• Total Blocked - total number of blocked elements (ads, trackers, etc.)

2. Counters must:

• Display real-time data
• Update automatically without requiring manual refresh
