Enable User Management API for Adobe Enterprise Organization

Hello Adobe Team,

We are unable to enable the User Management API in Adobe Developer Console as it appears locked for our organization.

Organization details:

• Company Domain: it-netradyne.com
• Organization Type: Enterprise ID
• Use Case: Automated user provisioning and deprovisioning (user lifecycle management) via SaaS management / SCIM-based integrations.

We have confirmed the following:

• Our organization is set up with Enterprise ID
• The requester has System Administrator privileges in Adobe Admin Console
• The correct organization is selected in Adobe Developer Console
• The issue persists even when creating a new project

Request:
Please enable User Management API access for our Adobe Enterprise organization so we can proceed with automation and integrations.
