BETA STATUS NOTICE

AgentGatePay is currently in BETA. The service may be unavailable, suspended,
or permanently shut down at any time without prior notice. All data may be
lost without recovery. Use at your own risk.

PERMITTED USE

You may use this service to:
- Deploy for your AgentGatePay integrations
- Run in your infrastructure for applications using AgentGatePay services
- Include as part of your AgentGatePay integration architecture

RESTRICTIONS

You may not:
- Copy, modify, or redistribute this service code
- Reverse engineer or decompile this service
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
- Use this service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Use this service for non-AgentGatePay payment processing
- Build competing payment gateway services using this code

USAGE TERMS

This service is designed for use with AgentGatePay services which operate
under AgentGatePay's terms of service, including applicable transaction
fees and commissions.

OWNERSHIP

This service, and all AgentGatePay services, APIs, and infrastructure, are
the exclusive proprietary property of AgentGatePay.

NO WARRANTY

This service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or
implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AgentGatePay and its operators shall
NOT BE LIABLE for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Lost cryptocurrency or digital assets
- Failed transactions or payment processing errors
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
- Damages arising from use or inability to use the service

Users are solely responsible for the security of their private keys, API keys,
compliance with applicable laws, and maintaining independent backups of all
transaction records.
