feat(tests): multi-workload power attribution notebook

Launches 3 concurrent GPU jobs (inference/training/stress) each tagged
with ALUMINATAI_TEAM. Monitors NVML per-process memory every 10s,
attributes total GPU power proportionally, and prints a 5-minute
summary table. Also scrapes Prometheus for agent health + confidence.
