I missed a button and clicked "Close tabs below" instead "Close tab".
It just silently closed about a hundred of tabs. Can't describe how wrong it is :(
Rule of good design is to ask about dangerous operations.
Another possible solution is an option to hide unsafe operations from menu.
Is there any research on how many people use this operations?
