I have 50k viral contigs extracted from river full metagenomes. I want to find my AVG. I wanted to use DRAM-V initially but the tool is a nightmare to setup at the moment because of broken database links. Is CheckAMG already reliable you think, or does it still need some time before it can compare to DRAM-V?
