docs: add llms.txt for AI tool documentation indexing

Context7 was returning incomplete context (92 snippets from 5 pages,
mostly README) leaving gaps in memory management, sensor event loops,
asset initialization, and lifecycle patterns. This comprehensive
llms.txt covers all 34 modules with accurate API examples, resource
lifecycle patterns, thread safety guidance, and error handling.
