根本原因

屏蔽词检测（ContentSafetyCheckStage）仅通过 event.get_message_str() 检查当前消息的纯文本 [1]，不会扫描 Reply 组件中存储的被引用消息内容 [2]。

但在后续的 LLM 请求构建阶段，_process_quote_message() 会将引用消息的文本提取并注入到 LLM 上下文中 [3]，导致 LLM 能看到屏蔽词内容。

绕过路径

1. 用户引用一条包含屏蔽词的消息
2. 当前消息本身不含屏蔽词 → 通过 ContentSafetyCheckStage 检查
3. 引用内容在后续阶段被注入 LLM prompt → 屏蔽词绕过生效

修复方向

在 ContentSafetyCheckStage 中，除了检查 event.get_message_str() 返回的文本外，还需要遍历消息链中的 Reply 组件并对其 message_str 内容执行相同的关键词匹配检查 [4]。或者在 _process_quote_message() 注入引用文本到 LLM 上下文之前，对引用文本也执行一次内容安全检查。
