No more bash (#1106)

* Make it actually non-bash dependent

changed the way script_dir is found to not call on bash

* Make dynamic install not bash dependent

Removes a bash requirement for the env call

* Update APPIMAGE_INSTALL.sh

* Update DYNAMIC_INSTALL.sh
