Update GitHub Action `setup-azd` version to v2

Update azure/setup-azd@v1.0.0 to azure/setup-azd@v2 in the GitHub Actions workflow. As the Edgeio provider is retiring their CDN service effective January 15, 2025, the azure/setup-azd@v1.0.0 will be unsupported after this date.
