winHTTP and winInet section fails and cannot continue

Minimal steps to reproduce

Dsregcmd section
Using dsregcmd /status output:

AzureAdJoined : NO
EnterpriseJoined : NO
DomainJoined : YES

DSRegtool Section
On a hybrid joined device that is not connecting to AAD correctly.

execute: .\DSRegtool.ps1
Enter 3 as the command.

At winHTTP and winInet section script fails and cannot continue.

Any log messages given by the failure

Expected/desired behavior

Script should continue after the section in which it fails.
