Seeing this error nearly every day for last 2 weeks. Need to put a VPN in another country to unblock this random issue. Very annoying.
I am using Terraform with cli flow which is calling the az cli when using azuread or azurerm provider. This issue impact the cli flow in terraform

@LaurentLesle, in your screenshot, Azure CLI is not able to DNS resolve Microsoft Graph API graph.microsoft.com. This certainly means name resolution is not working. 🙂 It may be caused by the system (if you are using WSL) or the network, like the VPN you are using.
