Resource Provider Stuck on "Registering" - Microsoft.Cloudshell

Describe the bug

Attempting to register Microsoft.Cloudshell and it has remained "registering" for almost 2 days now.

az provider register --namespace Microsoft.CloudShell

Expected behavior

I ran the command - az provider register --namespace Microsoft.Cloudshell

I was expecting to have the provider properly registered within a few hours at most, but that has yet to occur.

Facing the same issue, I tried through bash/PowerShell and through subscriptions < resource provider < microsoft.cloudshell
