Describe the bug

When attempting to update the Backend Address Pool of an Application Gateway with a new IP I am receiving an unexpected error. I am able perform the operation using the PowerShell module, but my organization leverages Azure-CLI for its CI operations

Related command

az network application-gateway address-pool update --gateway-name "<application-gateway-name>" --name "<backend-address-pool-name>" --resource-group "<resource-group-name>" --servers "<private-ip-address>"

The following command also gives the same error:

az network application-gateway address-pool update --gateway-name "<application-gateway-name>" --name "<backend-address-pool-name>" --resource-group "<resource-group-name>" --add backendAddresses ipAddress= "<private-ip-address>"
