Describe the bug
The command writes error to the standard output which makes it fail in CI pipeline.
az containerapp command often display error information on the standard output. Therefore we need to use the failOnStdErr option to true (in Azure DevOps) to fail the task when this happen.
However, since wednesday 25 september, some output errors are displayed even when it works well, which makes all our deployments to fail.

Additional context
The environment version of the az cli or other tools has not been upgraded.
Therefore, the root cause of the issue might be from the Azure backend since we did not update the cli az.

Additional context
The environment version of the az cli or other tools has not been upgraded.
Therefore, the root cause of the issue might be from the Azure backend since we did not update the cli az.
