fails with:

az containerapp create --bind only supported with containerapp extension.
You should install containerapp extension with command:
az extension add -n containerapp --allow-preview true --upgrade

Base on the log for loading command, you didn't install containerapp extension.
After you install the containerapp extension, the result of az version should be:
