Reference command name

is it possible to create a continuous webjob by uploading or adding a zip file using the cli command az webapp webjob continuous upload? I dont see it in the documentation

if not in azure cli, can i use powershell or something else so it is scripted

I'm using bicep and yaml to deploy my app service ---> when I deploy using Visual Studio 2022 and the webdeploy it generates this json -- I'm trying to do the same thing by deploying the webjob using yaml. I do not see how to do this using powershell or azure cli. Is there a way or can I use something else to deploy a webjob that can be scripted?
