[Reference feedback]: Tags are missing for az vm create/repair

Reference command name

We have Global Policy where the tags are required while creating the resources. So here the az vm create/repair commands are failing because it doesn't have an option to attach tags.
Request you to kindly implement the tag option as well as soon as possible.
