az login in Windows Terminal is exclusive and blocks access to any other terminal window tabs

Describe the bug

Using Windows Terminal (latest release) - multiple tabs open to Powershell, Command Prompt, etc.

Perform an az login

The login gui window appears

At this point it is not possible to select any other tabs in Windows Terminal. The login gui window blocks all access to any tabs in Windows Terminal, not just the tab that executed the az login command.

2.75.0 is not the latest Azure CLI(2.76.0).

If you haven't already attempted to do so, please upgrade to the latest Azure CLI version by following https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cli/azure/update-azure-cli.

@NihaNallappagari, your issue is different and caused by broken network connectivity. Please check your network connection.

@AlexcFrench, I can reproduce this issue, and I believe this is currently the expected behavior of WAM.

I will reach out to WAM team to report it.
