2.86.0 is not the latest Azure CLI(2.87.0).

I updated to the latest Azure CLI(2.87.0) and still the same

Thanks for the detailed report. Here's what we know:

Failing command: az ml workspace list --resource-group euw-dev-ml-rg-001

Error: No module named 'rpds.rpds' — the rpds package provides a Rust-compiled C extension (rpds.rpds). When it's missing or incompatible (e.g. a wheel wasn't built for Python 3.12 on macOS), Python can't import it, causing the ml extension to fail to load.

Environment: azure-cli 2.87.0, ml extension 2.43.0, Python 3.12 on Mac

Investigation pointers for Copilot:

1. Check what package in the ml extension's dependency chain requires rpds (likely referencing or jsonschema ≥ 4.18).
2. Determine if the ml extension pins a version of rpds / referencing / jsonschema that doesn't ship a Python 3.12 macOS wheel.
3. Check if a version bump or pinning adjustment in the extension's setup.py / requirements.txt resolves the missing compiled module.
4. Reproduce with: az extension add -n ml on Python 3.12, then run any az ml command.
