automation of the packages in OBS for debian etc etc

The OBS build service has a uploaded tarball, this issue is to solve later, not in short time.. i just put here to make reminder to myselft in the git-M$-crap-hub platform

OBS has feature to use a downloader service.. so i can grab a new release automatically by just point the git url.. i will wshit to this later not right now cos i dont tested very well
