r-s2: needs rebuild against new abseil-cpp soname

r-s2 1.1.11-1 was built on 2026-06-01 against the previous abseil-cpp. Arch has since bumped the soname, and r-s2 now fails to load at runtime:

unable to load shared object '/usr/lib/R/library/s2/libs/s2.so':
libabsl_flags_internal.so.2601.0.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

This is breaking downstream packages — caught it via an r-tmap build failure (log: https://build.bioarchlinux.org/api/pkg/r-tmap/log/1781440944).

A pkgrel bump on r-s2 should be enough to trigger a rebuild against current abseil-cpp.
