Subject: [PATCH] fix(sdk-api): mark changePassword batching as breaking change

  Ticket: WP-8343

  BREAKING CHANGE: processKeychainPasswordUpdatesInBatches now expects
  maxBatchSizeKB instead of noOfBatches. The server must return
  maxBatchSizeKB in the checkBatchingPasswordFlow response. Callers
  relying on the old noOfBatches parameter will need to update their
  server-side response accordingly.
