dispatcher.blockcast.network DNS not resolving - Is service still active?

Hi team, I followed the official instructions at https://github.com/Blockcast/beacon-docker-compose and attempted to run my beacon node.

However, the service is not working — dispatcher.blockcast.network cannot be resolved (NXDOMAIN) and the logs show repeated SyncRPC errors due to HTTP 400 from the cloud server.

Is the service currently active? Or should we configure a custom dispatcher/cloud address? Please advise.
