Until then, you can look in the northwind-core-ng-demo repo.

For the server, there's an example Core 3.1 project, as well as a step-by-step guide for starting from scratch.

For the client there's an example Angular 8 project using the latest (2.x) Breeze client, as well as a step-by-step guide for starting from scratch.

Those are minimal samples to get started with Breeze. so you'll still need to refer back to TempHire for the architecture.
