Update meeting images and presentation deadline

Replaced 'BMVAForYoutube.png' with 'BMVAMeetingPlaceholderImg.png' for two meeting pages and added the new placeholder image. Also updated the presentation submission deadline in the Continual AI meeting to 'XX May 2026'.
