Remove BMVA Interpretability meeting page

Delete meetings/27-01-13-Interpretbiliy.md which contained the BMVA Symposium on Interpretability (13 Jan 2027) details — including invited speakers, call for presentations, registration links, location and logistics. Removes outdated event page and associated registration/call-for-presentation information.
