Only the outer VLAN id is included with VLAN processor when processing QinQ traffic

This is also somewhat obvious when looking at the code at:

I think however that the main README suggests the VALN plugin will report QinQ VLANs, not only the outer VLAN.
I may be mistaken.

Are there ongoing initiatives on supporting both inner and outer VLANs?
