Console cutoff in small screen

Describe the bug
Neptune console cut off for small screens, cannot scroll across to see rest of error messages

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run any of the design files '
2. See error

Expected behavior
The console should not be cut off and should allow the user to scroll through and read all the text.
