Use Case

• Autofill the fields in the app as a first draft to show the user
• Include fields that were previously manually added by user

Problem

We may need a draft functionality

Solution

Allow patient to edit the fields manually

Alternatives considered

Do we need an LLM here? Or, just the ability to see previous drafts
