This repository and all its contents, including but not limited to source code, software projects, scripts, HTML files,
Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript, images, graphics, design elements, documentation, configuration files, and any
other materials (collectively, the "Proprietary Assets"), are the exclusive intellectual property of Jericho Crosby
(Chalwk).

The Proprietary Assets are made available solely for personal viewing and interaction through the official
chalwk.github.io website and its associated GitHub repository. No license or right to use, copy, modify, distribute,
publish, transmit, display, sublicense, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any
part of the Proprietary Assets is granted, implied, or otherwise conferred.

1. Strictly Prohibited Actions. You are expressly prohibited from:

3. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall the copyright holder be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability,
   whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Proprietary Assets
   or the use or dealings in them.

4. Violations. Any unauthorized use of the Proprietary Assets constitutes a violation of this license and applicable
   copyright laws. The copyright holder reserves the right to pursue all legal and equitable remedies available, including
   injunctive relief and monetary damages.
