Issue with new Docker Install

I tried installing the docker variant of yangsuite following the instructions. Yangsuite started, but a whole bunch of plugins didn't install due to:

The 'backports.zoneinfo[tzdata]>=0.2.1; python_version < "3.9"' distribution was not found and is required by celery

This seems to have caused the actual yangsuite part to not be installed.

when trying to install the plugins, it seems to throw errors

I got it to work by changing the Dockerfile to use the python:3.10 rather than ubuntu:20.04 and changing the apt-get install... I tried using 3.10-alpine for the smaller image, but I was getting build issues.

There is also an alternative way to install YANGsuite https://github.com/CiscoDevNet/yangsuite/tree/main/one-container-alternative which doesnt require input from the user but is more restricted about how is built.
