Add workflows like ExmapleMod from GTNH

Looks like this template project only contains 1 workflow that used to publish the updates to Maven, Curse and Modrinth.
I'd like to have more integrations with GitHub that upload artifacts, do some checks.

I find out that the GTNH ones are compatible with this, and added into my project, and thinking if it can be also added to the template.

Also I think versioning with git tags is much better than manually, just like GTNH examples.
I don't know if it worth creating another issue, but I'd leave it here.

I also implemented it in my project mentioned above.

I am working on this in the other branch that I opened recently, it'll do basic github/maven/cf/modrinth deployment with gradle tasks & mc-publish action.

It should respect tags yes.
