K’th Smallest/Largest Element in Unsorted Array

It'll be solved using Heap sort(Max-heap) & the language used is C++

File structure:

1. In the Sorting directory, navigate to the sub-directory Heap Sort.
2. Create the C++ directory in the Heap Sort directory.
3. Create the file KthLargestSmallestElement.cpp.

Here's how the final structure should look like:

• Sorting
  • Heap Sort
    • Algorithm.md
    • C++
      - KthLargestSmallestElement.cpp

Additionally, in the algorithm.md file, add the problem statement under the heading : Questions

Please follow the same naming conventions as mentioned.

Before you create a pull request, make sure you perform git pull in your forked repository so that your repo stays updated.
