GOG overlay not working after installing patch

Bug description
GOG overlay not working after installing patch. I am not sure if the overlay not working means missing features like achievements.

To reproduce

1. Install patch
2. Launch game via GOG Galaxy with overlay enabled (Enabled by default). Overlay will now not work
