Documentation updates (SQL Projects)

@aaronpowell @IEvangelist What is the approach to updating the docs for SQL projects - we added a new "Ability to skip deployment" documented in our readme. but not shown on Aspire.dev (or the current Toolkit docs, that were never updated)?

We could also document "WaitForCompletion" - now that it actually works as expected thanks to @afscrome
