Disable boats on factions, they are pointless and are only used to glitch into bases.

I have a fixed all the "ways" than you can use the boat to glitch so don't worry, I don't know if you are talking about the TntFactions or the HCFactions in the case you're talking about the TNTFactions we can implement this code to the OPFactions plugin
