docs: Update bilingual documentation and sample ReadMe files

- Restructure README.md with bilingual table layout
- Update Introduction files (DE/EN) with detailed XamlNavigationApp tutorial links and YouTube videos
- Add SimpleMemberSelectionApp with YouTube video prefix
- Add IRouteNotifier example section with GIF to README
- Fix XamlNavigationApp ReadMe.en.md GitHub URL typo
- Update MvuxGallery ReadMe.md documentation path
- Link all sample ReadMe files to CONTRIBUTING.md instead of repository root
- Add YouTube video prefix to distinguish external content from docs
