Update Queue markers

Bullmq was updated from 3.x.x to 5.x.x which introduces changes to how it handles queues and workers with workers having a new key. This means we need to change how it currently functions since Bullmq 5.0.0 gives legacy support for it's currently handled in Starchart but it could be dropped at a later point.
