Link to GitHub from Prototype

It would be nice to have a footer or navbar link to https://github.com/DurhamARC/tgv-prototype/ on the web interface.

This should be an easy feature to add. Paging @KatHammy and @eamonnbell-dur for any other links (research groups, etc) that could be displayed.
