CI fails too often on checking documentation artefacts

It's great that now we bundle the OpenAPI spec, a structlog-based telemetry guide, and an MCP tool catalogue. However quite a burden was added to the local workflow of an engineer, who needs to run certain make targets, which needs AWS authentication for private package information, in order to comply with documentation artefact linters.

Acceptance criteria

• Our existing pre-commit autoupdate job auto-fixes documentation artefact discrepancies, similarly to how it already fixes, e.g. Python code style issues.
