Account for pOptionValue alignment in _socketSetSockOptLevelTransport (#208)

* Fix _socketSetSockOptLevelTransport alignment issues

Copy value rather than casting to avoid
pointer alignment issues.

Other changes include: 
* Fix unit tests failing build
* Update link verifier to skip certain URLs
