Have rankings for most quoted, most popular quote, etc.

Spitballing some SQL

CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS users (
    id INTEGER NOT NULL UNIQUE,
    times_quoted INTEGER NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 CHECK(times_quoted >= 0),
    times_quoting INTEGER NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 CHECK(times_quoting >= 0),

)

Most popular quote would be tricky without getting heavily into relational databases, which I'll look into for the v2.0 release.
